Editorial principles

Useful advice starts with an honest explanation.

Facts and opinions are different

We cite sources and dates for information that changes. A specification comparison is not described as a hands-on test.

Limitations matter

We explain who a solution is for, its drawbacks and when no purchase is necessary. We do not promise returns or guarantee the safety of financial transactions.

Affiliate links

Future articles may include affiliate links. The project may receive a reward for qualifying actions. These placements require appropriate disclosures and a review of applicable rules. There are no affiliate placements on the site at present.

Corrections and updates

Changes in prices, terms or specifications require review. Published articles will include publication and update dates.
